Easy on and off. Not constricting. doesn't force your mouth shut you can open your mouth when you want, but the mouth stays closed when sleeping .

The chin strap seems to have decent construction. However, it is large. I have a larger than average head and it is way to big for me. I have sewn it smaller an still have to stuff it to keep my mouth closed while sleeping.

It was rather snazzy at first, but the quality of the stitching, elastic, and even the fabric did NOT hold up it is less than 4 months old. I purposely bought this brand and another and alternated so that they had even wear and 48 hours to rest between uses to try to prevent excessive wear. I started them at the same time (day apart). The other brand held up much much better. This Zaru brand’s elastic is so shot that it is nearly useless. The stitching has failed in some spots, and the fabric is fraying.

Works well but quality is not good. Just a few weeks of use and several seams are already separating, stitching coming undone etc. Poorly made.
