Voodoo Tactical Swank's Soft Pistol Case

The quality of this bag is so laughably bad I'm wondering if it isn't a counterfeit knockoff. If not, then shame on you Voodoo Tactical. I've owned and handled your other products and this doesn't even come close to the quality I've seen from you guys before. The stitching everywhere is horrible and frayed. The pockets are sewn on crooked. The zippers on the pockets don't even run the full length of the pocket leaving an open gap at the end (thus defeating the entire purpose of having a zipper). The bag material is loose, saggy and feels cheap. The elastic used for the magazine holders is sewn on crooked. The only positive I can think of, is that mine came with three hard plastic "holsters" that are covered with velcro to secure your gun, rather than an elastic strap. Other than that, this bag is a train wreck from start to finish. If used as intended, I give it a week tops before it falls apart.

I purchased this pistol case for its design features and size. In that respect it is a 5 star. The ability to hold/organize 8 pistol magazines (or other similarly sized items), a center divider with multiple zippered pockets (for items such as extra light batteries, tools, lubrication, etc), and the ability carry up to two handguns in a relatively small case made this the perfect case to keep, organize, and transport my EDC weapon and essential gear.That being said, where this item falls short of 5 stars is in its build quality. That is not to say that this item is poorly made, which it is not. But, it is definitely not as robust as what you get from vendors like Maxpedition. The case material is not as thick or ridged, which makes balancing out the weight of the contents important. The zippers and elastic are adequate, but again do not seem to be as high quality material as it could have been.Over all, I would recommend this case. The design features and size combined with adequate build quality make this case more than sufficient to keep, organize, and transport your essential gear around town, to and from the range, or wherever you may go.

I like this case, it looks to be a good value for the money. I can't speak to its durability as I haven't taken it out to the range yet, but the construction looks solid. I like the varied storage options, hook and loop field, center divider with pockets, and the large elastic loops on the opposite panel.I have some minor quibble with the zippers, but nothing to compare it against. So not sure if they're normal construction or not. If you don't know what your looking for in a pistol case, start here you'll quickly discover if you need more.

This bag is really useful. Holds my SIG229 securely and will adjust to whatever position you want your Pistol in via velcro. It seems roomy enough for any full size arm as well.I carry the usual small accessories and an UPlula, along with 6 double stack mags and have no issue. It doesn't seem made for much more than that. The zipper/mechanism seems durable enough for regular use. It would also work well as a discreet carry for your vehicle. It's not overtly flashy and may even pass for a business style bag/case unless someone is really looking for it. Access is easy/quick and the case's appearance is form as well as function. An efficient and unobtrusive way to move your iron around.

Have gotten many good comments on this little bag. Holds both the Glock 42 and 43, and room for another small pistol if wanted. Four mags for each pistol, instruction booklets and other info, small tools both inside and outside. A little cramped if you put a box of ammo in it with both guns (so I keep the mags filled instead). The Velcro on the outside can mount patches for ID or fun. Not heavy. Just a solid, useful pistol bag for the range, and wouldn't be out of place outdoors.

I have been a bag designer for 20 years with some of the largest sportswear brands in the world. I had high hopes for this bag even though I knew ahead of time it was produced in China. Well I had the bag for 2 weeks. I put a Glock 21 with 4 magazines in this case and after a week the stitching on the elastic magazine keepers blew out. The design of the bag is great. The construction is as they would say typical of a cheap china factory. Keep in mind there are good factories in China. Voodoo just chooses not to use them.

I love this pistol case! It can hold 3 pistols with the velcro holsters located in the back of the case. It has several zippable pockets for your bullets and stitched elastic bands to hold your magazines in place. The dual zippers can be locked together with a small lock for security. The perfect soft pistol case!
