Lack of VAT exemption by Amazon
The product is first class And wheelchair88ukhave been most helpful,the day after the order was placed I had an email requesting my Blue Badge No so that they could include it" in the customs invoice to do the VAT exemption,"subsequently I supplied a certification as to why I was entitled to VAT exemption.This procedure did not surprise me because I had previously experienced it and I fully expected that the final invoice would show the VAT deduction and would be submitted by Wheelchair 88 who were clearly fully accociated with the VAT exemption procedure. I was very surprised to find that Amazon had submitted a claim for the full order value with no reference to VAT before I had received the Wheelchair and although I had advised my bank about the VAT procedure they went ahead and paid you the full amount

Fantastic and brilliant product
Very comfortable , sturdy and easy to use. Even my husband with dementia mastered it within a day. My only dislike is that it is heavy for a portable wheelchair especially when loading and removing from the car. Otherwise highly recommended.

I use it mostly for indoor purposes (I have a heavier Powerchair, with bigger rear Wheels, for outdoors).Apart from the very poor placement of the front Wheels, this is an incredible little piece of equipment, and I use it so much indoors, that it can barely go 2 days between charges (I charge it nightly).The maneuverability is incredible (except the front Wheels).The quality of the Steel that has been used, is absolutely unbelievably strong, which is a huge advantage, in view of the poor placement of the front Wheels.Those front Wheels stick out 17cm when turning, and still stick out 7cm at the narrowest. Crashing into Doorframes frequently, and the Wheels keep fouling nearby objects while turning.I am guessing that the wide placing of the front Wheels, is to prevent tipping on slopes, but then I would suggest that the Designers make the front Wheels adjustable to a narrower/wider width.The relatively small Wheels are not suitable for rough terrain or poor Paving, but ideal for indoor use.I've had it for nearly 2 years, and I love my little "Wilma". It is so "nippy" that I have to set the speed at 1 or 2 indoors, but 5 outdoors, which is a fast walking pace.Yes, I absolutely LOVE my little Foldawheel. (With bigger rear Wheels, I would use it more outdoors - for rough terrain and Doorsteps)Pleeeeeez redesign those front Wheels.
