I've always had a good laugh about stress balls
I've always had a good laugh about stress balls, but over the last year and a half my stress levels have skyrocketed so high, I decided to try some. The low quality plastic sorts didn't really cut it as I needed something more solid and rigid to really grip my stress into. The gel center of this ball is big enough to fit the palm of my hand comfortably, and it's pretty sturdy and solid. In just the two days I've had it, I'm really pleased. The fabric covering is well done, although sometimes I do worry whether it's going to pop at the seams...so far nothing. I'm sure wit time there will be some wear and tear. The mint smell is quite nice, but, actually, not strong enough for me. On the second day it does seem to be fading a bit. Now, the smell doesn't linger on the hands, but I wouldn't mind essence of mint lingering since it actually smells like mint. Otherwise, quite a nice product that I'm enjoying squishing the hell out of so far - big bonus is with the gel ball your whole hand and forearm is getting an exercise compared to poorer made products so I imagine I'll have a fierce grip in a few months ;P

I enjoy this stress ball quite well
I enjoy this stress ball quite well. I got it for the intention of hand therapy but I know it will be put to get use after that. It's durable, but the scent is a little strong when it first came in. Also, maybe it's just me but the lavender doesn't quite have a lavender smell. Although, after time it does soften and becomes more pleasant. Now, the bag my set came in (there is a pouch for the ball included) was ripped but the ball and pouch itself were in a seal bag. Now, I'd like to think someone ripped it just so they could put the sealed bag in the bag but still it's not the most concerning thing to open up to. Overall, it is a stress ball that works well, is durable, strong scent but unless you're sensitive to aromas you'll be OK. Would recommend.

Smell is not overwhelming which is good although sometimes I can't tell if the smell isn't ...
Smell is not overwhelming which is good although sometimes I can't tell if the smell isn't strong enough or if I've gotten used to it. I can definitely smell it after it's been stored in the bag for a while. For stress relief the ball is a bit firm. It will squeeze but it's a lot more tough than a foam stress relief ball. It will bounce on the floor but don't expect it to have a good return height unless you chunk it good at the ground. I doubt the manufacturer expects this kind of use out of it but hey! it's a stress ball and some people like to throw things to relieve stress ;) All in all, if you're someone that needs something in your hand to distract you while you work it's pretty good at that.

Scented Stress Reliever Ball
Pretty cool stress reliever ball. About the size of a tennis ball. Moderate fragrance. Not too overwhelming smell. Pretty firm grip/squeeze. Not too loose. Comes with a pouch. Not sure if it can help or remove stress altogether but possibly reduce it. It gives you something to do physically at your desk while working or on breaks. With the addition of the scent, it can provide a "change of scenery," at least for the mind, if you need to focus on something else you've been thinking about. I use this if I need a moment to think things through or pause before making decisions. I guess you can say it's somewhat like a nicotine patch for smokers.

I ain't even mad (anymore)
I've been biting my nails for years and have some road rage that needs to get under control. When I brought up both to my doctor, she suggested I buy a stress ball to keep my hands occupied at work, and allow me to relieve some stress while driving (only used in traffic, I assure you). Overall, I love it. It's a firm little ball; not too stiff but not too squishy, and it really does have a lovely scent to it. I asked a friend and we both think it smells like lilacs (though I ordered Jasmine; maybe they're similar scents). I'm not even mad, though, because this squishy little ball is so delightful that I may have to get a back up just in case I misplace this one and don't know what to do with myself. :PThe takeaway?Great quality product, reasonable price, heavenly scent. <3

Strong ball, weak scent
I really enjoy the stress relieved by this ball. It's made of a firm gel that makes you actually try to squeeze, versus the foam versions which did nothing for me. I was, however, hoping for a stronger scent. I ordered the red (mint) ball because I find mint soothing. I can smell it, but it's barely there. I do enjoy that better than an overpowering scent, but I think a stronger scent is needed for this ball. I take a deep inhale of the ball, and squeeze five times as I exhale and it has helped tremendously. Overall, I really enjoy he ball.

The ball easily fits in your hand and the fabric is soft ...
I got the purple lavender scent which is a pleasant scent when it is near you but not so strong that it would bother those around you.. The ball easily fits in your hand and the fabric is soft and comfortable. I have it at work and when I'm feeling stressed but have to stay at the desk this is nice and calming. I think the scent is lavender + something else. If they made a true lavender scent I would buy that too.

Works as described. Not overbearing and smell doesn't stick to your hands.
Received this promptly and was surprised by how well it works. I was a bit skeptical about a therapeutic stress ball, but at this price point I thought I would give it a shot. It arrived promptly and well packaged. It does its job like any other stress ball would, but its the aromatic scent that sets it apart. I was afraid the scent would be overbearing or stick to my hands, but it doesn't. It really helps me relax and clear my head, especially when things get tense at the office. This and a set of ear buds really help me tune out the co-worker slamming things in his cubicle an aisle over.
