Weak. Use more for any flavor
I make cinnamon candy. I used twice the apple flavor as my cinnamon but I should have used much more. This flavoring is great but you will need to use 4 to 6 tsp to get any flavor. Nothing wrong but the cinnamon that I use is apparently much stronger

IMHO, not quite Green Apple, however...
My taste buds could very well be off, but my wife and I both tasted Banana/Plantain in it's opening, and only towards the end could taste a bit of Green Apple. I'm going to try Lorann's Tart and Sour enhancer in my next batch of hard candy to see if I can't bring out the Green Apple flavor. This flavor is neither tart nor sour on its own, so bear that in mind, since that os the hallmark of a green apple. UPDATE: The Tart & Sour definitely did the trick. Now my candy tastes like Sour Green Apple Jolly Ranchers.

It's my first time using this
Im giving it a 3 only because for rock candy the teaspoon it said to use didn't give it the green apple flavor I was expecting. I'll try 2 next batch and come back with a different review if it's better.

Great flavour and value
Great green apple flavour and a way better value then buying the little 3.7ml bottles. I use this for my THC gummies I make to give an added flavour to my jello packs.

Très fuité, zéro acidité
Le produit a bonne odeur mais est très fruité et sucré, il n'est aucunement acide. Pour comparer, on pourrait dire que l'odeur est 25% granny smith, 75% golden! Peut-être parfait pour les pâtisseries et bonbons, mais définitivement pas l'acidité de la granny. Je voulais aromatiser de la vodka, mais le résultat est vraiment mauvais, j'utiliserais plutôt le produit dans des décorations de gâteaux!

Great flavour
I use this flavouring in with my Soda Stream and it is very good. I am looking forward to using it in some baking as well. I would defiantly purchase this product again.
