Good protector but fair bit of loss on touch sensitivity

I bought this with an open-mind as I'd heard from a work colleague that 'wet-film' protection products are very tricky to install. Considering that this product is one of those very such protection products it's quality and comprehensive instructions made the process easy. I took the protected phone to work for that colleague to examine but didn't tell him beforehand that I'd applied it to the phone. Only when I'd mentioned it did he really notice it. However, I'm very pleased with the results as my phone (HTC One) now has more of a tactile grip to it, the screen protector actually 'secures' it's fit into my 'flip' case (actually, a Decresent leatherette model), and the ScreenKnight does it's main job excellently - protecting the screen.
