Cancellation option is very lengthy as first you have to replace the product so after that you only can cancel the product ( advises from amazon customer center ) . For installation can reach to the seller , they helped me to install the cameras and solved the other quires, though it took time but they solved my issues. I m uploading night time ( front camera) video only as day time videos are good. Rear camera is VGA so video quality not as good as front camera but its OK. easily can read the number plates. Doing the job perfectly. In this price range it is very good camera. I installed 32 GB memory card as this is maximum capacity. Overall good camera if anybody want to install with limited budget.

I recently bought this dash cam because of its looks and dual camera feature. Video quality of both cameras is awesome. Car Number plates are easily visible in the day and night video. The feature I liked the most is the motion detection functionality when the car is parked. It automatically starts to record whenever there is some movement nearby. It is very light weight, great size screen and is a must buy for all to ensure safety. I will post recorded videos as well to see the quality.

First time in Amazon I got such bad product.. not functioning effectively no continuous video capturing

The website does not mention that the camera is fit for only 5V input and that 12V must be avoided. My car has 12v outlet only and i am stuck with this camera. Finding no option on the Amazon portal to return it gracefully. The camera might not be bad but it is a dead investment fo me for none of my fault.

Cannot switch off and also cannot view playback. Went through instruction manual but of no use. Looks like there is a problem in the camera. Camera remains continuously on.

I have been using this product for around 10 days. Motion sensors and g sensors works very well. Good night vision and can clearly see number plate. One thing though, it would be good if a dedicated hardwire battery connectors also be included with this product. Overall awesome.

The product is very good. The picture quality is great. Night vision is decent.Working fine for the last one month.

installed in all my cars..just becoz it covers the rear end as well.. but it cud be better if it had a battery backup of its own as well
