I gave this product 3 stars because it LITERALLY makes you lose weight. However.... 40 minutes after taking my pill I got this splitting side cramp and I could hardly move. As the day progressed I started lightly bleeding when It wasnt the time of month and I noticed my urination felt like a bladder infection. BUT.... I wanted to be thinner so I kept taking them, by day three I was 3 pounds lighter but I had a KILLLLERRRRR bladder infection. I began taking the pills with oregano oil which usually kills my infections so I was still determined to lose weight. I took them for 2 more days, lost 2 more pounds, and that night I got a fever. So I was like... ok I can't take these. I stopped taking them but my fever continued for 5 days.... eventually I went to the urgent care and I was diagnosed with a kidney infection that has spread from my bladder, to my kidneys, to my blood. This is called Sepsis. 1/3 to 1/5 of in hospital deaths are caused by SEPSIS. I started googling and found out many other people who take keytones end up with bladder infections.anyway.... the pills make you lose weight, but they costed me a lot of pain and suffering and now i'm on my second day of antibiotics and still have a light fever.

Gets you in keto quickly; very easy to take; and a great price

This should be stronger with only 2 pills a day. Also your directions makes you think that you should take 4 pills at a time 4x daily (16).

I dont have much of an opinion just yet. I do not like the amount of pills to be taken. 16 Pills a day is crazy. But that being said as a past body builder and weight trainer I got unhealthy and while in my 40s I could never seem to lose any weight. I decided to try the Keto diet just out of curiosity. Its quite a strict diet taking in more fat that I like. As a body builder I took in 50 percent protein 40 percent carbs and 10 percent fat. This diet is good. My mental clarity is not at the best but I am only 5 days in . Three days on k4 keto bhb ketones. I have lost 8 pounds so far and 1 inch off my waist. I believe the Keto flu passes in time. The bhb ketones seem to help me lose more efficiently.

I've been drinking the bhb keto drinks, I was excited to find them in a pill, this is way better!!

Worked as expected.
