uses only 6 watts at 120 volts ac
it works! on a 5 amp used power adapter, it pulls 6 watts on ac, or almost nothing. that would be a lot more power at 12 volts dc. it is a standard 12v power plug

Pissed my neighbor off
I used this to aim back at my neighbors camera since it's pointing directly towards my house. I'm guessing it works great by his reaction. Great value for the money. Great quality and it has been outside still working

The before and after pics speak for them self. If you have weak night cams I highly recommend this IR light.

Incomplete product.
Product did not come with a power adapter. I would think an electronic device would come with a plug and cord so you could turn it on. Now I have to search for a matching cord and plug.

Light turned on at night,with on problem except 6 of 12 lamps did no go on. I you purchase this light , be sure to check the lamps.
