As an adult office worker with ADHD, this was a life saver!!!
I recently got a new office job where I have to work from home. I have very severe ADHD, and constantly shifting in my chair was not only uncomfortable, but breaking the chair itself. I bought this because I wanted to try an under the desk device, but didn't want to buy something for children or spend a ton of money on an exercise machine when I really just needed a rhythmic movement. When I tell you this works for exactly what I needed it to, I mean it. The product itself isn't anything to write home about, the plastic is mildly flimsy, and it only comes with one knob so if you want to adjust the resistance you also need to unscrew the nut on the other connection. It's not a big deal, and I like the setting it arrived on so I haven't had to adjust it, but it is slightly annoying. No picture included because it arrived exactly like the listing photo. So while the device itself is a bit overpriced at $45, my productivity and comfort has shot through the roof, which is worth so much more than what I paid. I will say that my sister also suffers from ADHD, and she didn't care for it, but our symptoms manifest differently. It's not a one-size-fit-all ADHD assistive device, but if you're constantly fidgeting in your chair, I really can not recommend it enough.

I was hoping this would have a tension control, ...
I was hoping this would have a tension control, as the seller answered a question saying that you could adjust the tension. You cannot. The picture shows two t-bar nuts, I only got one. I just worked out on the machine for 30 minutes, going very quickly....I have to say that this is not much of a workout, although I will admit that it keeps the legs moving. I don't feel this is a quadricep workout...not sure what muscles get worked, to tell you the truth. There is probably benefit in keeping the knees moving??

Ideal exercise for seniors.
I am a senior woman in my late seventies. The heat in Southern Arizona prohibits me from walking outside. I was looking for a method of exercise that I could use while watching t.v. or working on my computer. Needed a product that would be easy for me to use and still provide the work out I needed on a daily basis. The Fitter Sitter is prefect. I took it out of the box, read the instructions for use and started my routine. Am on a limited income and feel the price was very good. Sorry don't do photos or videos.

flimsy, cheaply made, creaks
This was worth a shot, but I wish I had put the money towards a more expensive version. I only used this a few times and it began creaking, felt loose and also aggravated my hips with the motion required. I bit the bullet and purchased a Cubii and could not be happier. Totally worth the money!

Good tool for sitters
I got this for my dad and slotted it under the dining table where he likes to sit. My feedback:a) It's easier to use than a pedalb) it's easy to move around and usec) my dad doesn't mind using it. He half shuffles when he walks, and also has poor blood circulation in his legs, so I'm hoping to get his legs to move in any which way.d) this object is plastic and very very light. Once feet are on it, it's ok, but you can't step on it. Not sure how it handles heavy legs.Good thought in the device - I would have made it just slightly hardier. Will probably order another one for friends.

Work long hours at a desk? This is perfect for you!
I have to admit that when I watched the you tube ad, I was a little discouraged to buy this product after seeing it was geared mostly towards the elderly sitting at home in front of their TV. IGNORE THE AD! I did and I'm glad I did. I have used this product every day at work since I have received it. I'm a dispatcher and work long shifts at a desk with little to no time to get up and move around. I wouldn't say this product is going to give you tree trunk looking muscular legs but at least it keeps your legs moving when you can't afford to get away from your desk! I alternate from having my feet flat on the steps like they show in the video but I also change it up and lift the heels off the steps and use use my toes to move giving more of a pedalling motion. I feel better knowing my legs are not stagnant in a chair as much all day. I'm more aware of my posture and don't cross my legs any more cutting off curtial circulation. I find the stepper also elevates your legs just enough off the ground to give a nice comfortable position.Highly recommend. I put it in my bag and bring it into work every day. On my days off I use it while I'm watching tv too!

Movement at an otherwise sedentary desk job
This provides movement all day long at my desk job! Not a huge amount of "excercise", but it's movement that I didn't have without it! I have mini pedalers at home that wouldn't work for me at the office, so this is a great alternative. Yes, it is plastic and not real sturdy, but it does the job and so far is quiet. I'm wondering if WD-40, a teflon lubricant or silicone grease could be used when the plastic begins to wear and the sqeaking that others commented on begins. I like that it's so lightweight and can easily be moved to my other desk surface when I'm switching positions all day as I work. It does have grips on the bottom and on foot areas, so that may be an upgrade over older models/comments.

Squeaks a lot
it does allow me to fidget and helps keep my legs in a comfortable position since i'm so short. But 5 months later it squeaks horridly. I've tried oiling it and it didnt help one bit.
