Incredible case that gives and lot back to the phone. Incredibly handy to be out and about and having the phone charging while in your pocket or at your desk without the fuss of cables. The case charges the phone whilst also charging the case which is a useful feature, saving you having to remove the case altogether.Very useful product, it's not uncommon for the base of the product to run hot while charging, it's well within acceptable temperatures. No real downsides to this product, it makes the phone chunky but to me this makes it feel even more sturdy!

Completely useless. Appears to be faulty. When turning on the battery pack it only remains on for 5 minutes then turns itself off, regardless of how much battery life you have in the phone battery.Access to fingerprint reader is fine, and the case seemed decently made.One other issue is that the case along the long edges interferes with any screen protector you have installed by lifting the edges off the screen meaning you have to press quite hard for it to make contact with soft keys at the edge of the screen.Don't waste your money.

The case was super easy to use and attach to phone. Battery life is great got 3 full charges out of a full charge. Only downside is the size and weight. But overall a great product

Stopped working after 5 months of light usage. Doesn't hold any charge now.When it worked, it was ok, enough to charge from 0% to 100% once.

Yes it does help extend your battery life. Few bad points are that its possibly as heavy as the phone itself so imagine if you will that your doubling the standard weight if your phone? And it's a little annoying that it takes so long to charge your phone even if you haven't used the power stored in the case. It doubles the time to charge your phone. And the power supply from the case to the phone is also supplied as a reduced rate meaning it takes a long time to charge the phone via the case. If you then have to recharge the case and the phone at the same time it will take most of the night to do both at the same time... yikes!

I want to charge the phone together with the case but only the case charges,in the description says that the phone would charges first.

I'm on my third..S7, S8, S9. All great. Decent protection, approximately 150% additional battery life. I'm happy with it.
