Amazing Real Wasabi
It is impossible to go back to wasabi paste once you taste real and fresh wasabi. The packets are kept in the freezer and require no thawing prior to use. I use it not only on sushi but on eggs as well. I searched for months for this product and having it at an exclusive sushi bar. It is a rare treat.

Better than the powdered stuff
Arrived thawed, put it in the freezer. Took one out a week later for some sashimi. Tasted great, didn't get sick (from the wasabi).
