Hansom Tackle Neck Light

I just received the light in the mail and so far not happy.It seemed less sturdy than other small lights that cost less.The design doesn't seem like it would remain water proof for long due to the manner in which the lens is seated.But I'll never know because it stopped working only two days after arriving while sitting on the counter. I needed to run outside and grab something off the porch in the dark and picked up this flash light to bring with me. I gave it a twist and to my surprise it longer works. Tried changing batteries but no use.I'm glad it broke down at home and not when I'd depend on it to guide me off a jetty under the darkness of a new moon. But still very disappointed. 1 star for prompt delivery.

I use this as a back up neck light for surf fishing at night. Nice looking light with surgical tube style lanyard. This light can be purchased without lanyard and hansom logo for substantially less as a pelican 1900 series.Pro--Powerful light-convenient size for neck light-lifetime warrantycons--if u do not change battery they will weaken plastic and eventually break batter compartment-light can turn on by mistake-Not 100% waterproofI got about 2 seasons out of this light before I had to send it back because battery compartment cracked. Mailing it back now for replacement.
