The color is vibrant and is impervious to heat up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
This is the best thing that ever happened to me, when it comes to baking my Red Velvet Cake.As long as acids are used and absolutely no baking soda is used in the final product, the color is stable and natural---Kudos to the Color Kitchen team!!!
