This is an excellent product and so easy to use. The price point is well worth this. I loved the variety of gem colors I got with the tool and look forward to using it again on another project I do!

After reading all of the reviews my expectations were pretty low, but it was not expensive so i figured I would give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised. It worked on the first try,but I still wasn't sure the crystals would stay on. They do. After it was cooled they were stuck really well. I couldn't have been happier. I will use this for many of my crafting projects.

Liked the hot fix tool itself, works well. Didn’t take much practice to use after watching a couple YouTube vids. Accessories useful and love that a pouch is included tho I do recommend getting a washable marker to draw/mark designs (I like to freehand). Included rhinestones are limited to one size, so I also ordered an additional set for size variety.

The Hotfix Applicator set came as described. Felt the rhinestones were misrepresented, they were all super tiny, none of the other sizes were included. The tips were different sizes but the jewels were not.

This tool is really well-made. I had one I bought from a craft store and it was very hard to use. It kept slipping. This model has tips that keep the rhinestones from slipping when you heat them and you get nice accessories and lots of rhinestones. This is a very good deal. Very pleased with this product.

Great product for price and once you get the hang of it, super easy to use.

The items appeared to have been used, some peices are missing,the applicator has black stains, and items were just thrown in the bag, I am not satisfied with the presentation of the items that I received, I'm very disappointed!!

I love it! It’s easy to use, works fast, and the little bag that it comes with makes it easy to take it with me anywhere.
