This roller is gorgeous! Heft, opalescence, squeak-free design. I felt I took a risk in ordering as there weren’t many reviews. It turned out to be an excellent purchase. This is a luxury item and I feel self-indulgent every time I use it. Did I mention it is gorgeous? Treat yourself!

I just need to say that this is not Opal. Is Opalite and it is a type of man made glass.

I took a chance in this roller even though it had no reviews. I looked up their website and their products seems well liked and this roller was so pretty in pictures.The outside packaging was pretty, holographic.When I opened the box for the roller, there were hot glue gun like strings all over it. Didn’t like that, but easy enough to clean up. And then I saw that the roller looked not as pretty as the pictures. Just a milky yellow white with mostly the plastic handle being the iridescent part.Construction it self seemed good- solid. I’ve seen lots of other rollers fall apart fast. This one felt strong. But then I saw the chip in the opal roller and I was done. The chip has sharp edges so It’s going back. I’m looking to improve circulation, not cause micro tears in my skin.Also the roller itself also squeaks with every rotation.Hopefully this was just a one off because the company seems great, but it’s a no for me.
