This was recommended by a gastroenterologist to help my child with constant tummy problems. Works way better than OTC meds and has helped the whole family. The prebiotic is like the fertilizer for the soil of the gut biome - probiotics help but cannot thrive without the prebiotic. This stuff has tempered stomach cramps and severe constipation in my kiddo like nothing else. It is pricey but works!

This product was recommended to me by a doctor at the pain clinic, he swears by it and says he tells all of his patients to take it, he told me it was especially good for fibromyalgia. I do not have a definite diagnosis of fibromyalgia but I was experiencing significant pain all over my body. I ordered it and tried it. My pain did subside and I was able to get off the fibromyalgia medication, however when I did not take the Bi2Muno the pain did not return, so I can't exactly say that it was the prebiotic that did anything. I did notice that my digestion and regularity improved, so much so that I had to add fiber to my diet, which for me was very different than my normal digestions habits.The product is a white powder that is packaged off for you which makes it easy to carry to work in my purse. I put it in my oatmeal or cereal, it tastes sweet to me but not in a bad way. With cereal and oatmeal, I use the powder instead of adding sugar and it tastes pretty good. I have also used it in smoothies and used a blender to mix it together. If you add it to a liquid without blending it, it tends to clump. Overall, I think if you have digestion problems, you should try this product. I am not sure about the other claims, but if other people are reporting success in those areas, I think it is worth a shot.

After searching reddit for anxiety remedies I was intrigued when I learned that your gut has a lot to do with your mental well being. So I ordered a month supply and took it as directed. At the time I felt like my anxiety was actually controlled somewhat. By this I mean if my anxiety is represented by long drawn out waves in the ocean the peaks or intensity was not as high. Also I noticed my appetite wasn't nearly as high. Smaller portions seemed to satisfy me which I thought was interesting.Ok, now a month after taking the product I notice my mental fog has definitely come back. At the time of taking the supplement I wasn't really aware of how clear I was thinking bc I focused mainly on my anxiety, but now the clarity I had is evident. Anxiety has somewhat returned as well.I plan on getting back on this supplement maybe for 2-3 months this time and see how I do. I have had a problem being regular for quite some time so I was excited to try this product. I am lactose intolerant so I was concerned about the milk product in the formula. I did start becoming regular within 7 days but I remained very bloated. I continued to use the product, by the end of the second week my bloating started to dissapate. At the end of my first box I was fine. I have stayed regular and continue to use the product!

I can't believe this stuff really works.
