Fits both. Product feels well made and secure. The image quality through this adapter is pretty good. It seems a tiny bit blurry. Maybe not blurry but not as high quality as you would want the images to be. Like if we rate my camera's ability to take pictures of random stuff as 10/10 the adapter seems to downgrade it to 7/10. I thought maybe it was just my camera settings downgrading the quality but now I'm sure its the adapter.Update: The issue is the glass optics in this are not made for 4/3 cameras. In the past I have experimented with cellphone holders and a 5 MP usb camera.Those options were no where nearly as easy to use as this adapter and did not approach the quality of image. The fit was perfect and held my camera steady.
