Review: I’m obsessed! - I spent a LOT of time researching brooms. I am on a budget, and there were cheaper options but I don’t regret spending a little more for this amazing broom set. I love the bristles since they work well on my hardwood and tile and get into the corners well. They are soft but thick, don’t miss anything or fling stuff around. So easy to make piles or you can just sweep into the pan. Something about it also just FEELS good when I sweep which sounds weird but is true for me! It’s so satisfying. The beige color works great for me with just the hint of orange. I don’t have a broom closet, have a smaller apartment, and really need my surroundings to look and feel good for me to be calm. I wanted something that wouldn’t be an eye sore. This broom blends in well to my kitchen colors and tile vs something black, red, or blue. When you shrink the handle down you can really barely see it next to my microwave. So yay! The dustpan works great, I love the bristle cleaner, and it all feels so sturdy. The adjustable height is nice. You really have to twist it tightly for it to stay up, but I love the broom so much I don’t care when it slips a little. No biggie. I’m a nerd for this broom and glad I treated myself despite my tight budget. I’m a single mom with two jobs and spend so much time cleaning! I decided to at least give myself tools that look and feel good so I can enjoy the experience as much as possible. **Q: Does the dustpan fold up so you can put this away in a narrow space?**
A: Yes the dustpan folds up

**Q: How does this broom retract from extended position to shorter one? Mine seems to have locked into the extended position!**
A: If you hold it by the lower pole and twist the upper pole counter-clockwise, it will unlock. Twist the pole clockwise to lock it again.

**Q: I cant adjust the length of the broom.  It keeps sliding up and down. I've tried everything.  Can anyone help me with this?**
A: I have had no problems with adjusting mine, yours may have a defect. When it gets to the length I need, I simply twist it as tight as possible, and untwist when done to have it properly fit into the dustpan and handle for storage.

**Q: How long is the broom when it is not extended? Can’t seem to find that dimension**
A: The broom is 35” not extended and the pan & handle are 38 3/4” tall.

BEST broom set! Have purchased 6 of these! Broom bristles are very thick and it picks up everything! BEST part is the broom handle is expandable! Dust pan is slanted so the crumbs flow easily inwards. This broom picks up everything! Have 3=kitchen, basement, and garage.
