These clippers appear to have a guard on one blade that won't allow you to completely through the twig \ brach that is more than 1\4 inch thick. The blades were sharp and the extra blades were a nice feature but I did return them as they were pretty useless for what I wanted them for.

The safety is dangerous and will not work because the handle molding will not let the safety functon. So they send it with the safety partly screwed down. Fail design

I am an older person and found it didn't cut easily on larger stems of the hydrangea bush.

Great hand shears for the price. Exactly what I needed.

These are great!! I especially like that they came with extra blades. I never even thought about buying replacement blades or new that you could. I expect to get a lot of use out of these trimmers. They cut great, I’ve already trimmed lots of my plants and bushes with no problem at all.
