Great ball - pointless pump
The ball is great - once inflated for the first time, leave it overnight and then top up in the morning. This is not because there is a problem with the ball, just because it has obviously been squashed in the box for a while and needs to form its shape.The pump was less use than a flabby asthmatic - I know because I am one. Quicker, simpler and and good test for the lungs to just use the valves and blow up manually if you don't have an electric pump.

Not sure If it relieves any pain.. I bought it as a pregnancy ball to help me opening the cervix as advised by my midwife. The quality and colour are nice, happy with my purchase.

Consigliata!
Non è la prima Fitball che acquisto. Ho preso una M per la mia amica in quanto alta 165 cm. La taglia M corrisponde alla M della Fitball di Decathlon e la palla è anche molto molto simile, quindi qualità più buona! Utile la pompetta compresa (solitamente le vendono sfuse), che permette di gonfiarla in pochi minuti. Inoltre è universale, perchè l'ho provata con l'altra palla già in mio possesso.
