Helps jumpstart weight loss
I was on phentermine for awhile after my hypothyroid issues caused some weight gain. These work just as good, and I don’t feel jittery like I did with phentermine. It’s been a week and I’ve cut out extra snacking and have lost weight past my plateau point already by using these with my diet and exercise. Don't waste your money.
Curbs your appetite but not by much. I honestly can barely tell the difference when I take them, which also might just be mental. They email buyers telling them to write a good review for a free bottle. I wouldn't buy this product again.

No jitters.

Great product!
I have been looking for something to help on my weightloss on my 2nd post-pregnancy. I have heard great things about keto and this product in general. Truly enhances workout.
I received my order today and so far it’s good. I took it before my workout and I did not have any jitters or dry mouth. I believe this enhanced my workout by giving me endurance. Normally I would be tired after 45 mins on the elliptical. However, today I did a hour on the elliptical and then 30 minutes of weights training.**I will update this review after taking it for a week.
