Snowman Head Christmas Outdoor Light lightpost / Lamppost Cover

I have had the “pumpkin head” for about six years and it is great fun at Halloween. I finally got the “snowman” and I absolutely love it. Living in Wisconsin, the snowman is perfect for several months after Christmas. I do not use the plastic plugs to attach the two sides and hat together. It is easier to use white bread ties (or wire) that can be tucked down and not visible. This is very sturdy even with strong winter winds. The light from my lamppost lights up the whole face evenly. A little pricy but colors do not fade and pumpkin (and Frosty so far) looks as good as new. Five stars

This snowman is beautiful but please add an extra clip to the hat as it blew away the first night I installed it. However, the vendor was very responsive and send me a new hat at no cost within 2 days. My husband drilled a hole through the hat and attached it to the face with extra clips so it is super secure now. It looks amazing!!!

It was easy to assemble and very sturdy.

The snowman head is perfect for the winter season and I can't wait to put it up. It's a little pricey, but it's heavy duty plastic and should last for years to come. Overall I'm very satisfied with the purchase.

This is absolutely adorable and we’ve gotten many compliments from neighbors walking by! Super easy to assemble and we’ve had no issues with it moving. It seems really pricey for 2 sides of plastic, but I’m hoping it will hold up for several years.

Bought this for Christmas 2013. It's a plastic snowman head that fits around the lamp post in our front yard.Good:- Really lights up. The plastic head is translucent enough to let a lot of light through, but opaque enough that you can't see the shape or shadows of the lamp post.- Cute. I can't tell you how cool it looks coming down the street. You can really spot it from a few houses down. And it's unique enough that I've never seen one before.Negative:- Expensive. For three pieces of plastic, it really seems a bit expensive. I still bought it, and stand by my purchase. But if it was a little cheaper I would buy more as gifts.- Hard to get on and off. There are plastic pins that snap the two halves of the snowman head together. They are easy to get in, but at the end of the season they are a bit tough to back out. There has got to be a better fastener for this that is easier to take off.- Loose. It's a bit loose on the lamp post and the wind can twist it so the face doesn't point at the street. Since there is a face on both sides, it's not much of a problem. But maybe a little rubber gasket or something on the bottom would make it stay pointed in the right direction.Overall, I'm happy with this. Can't wait to put it up again next year. I haven't checked the pricing since I bought mine, and I bought mine in the heart of the Christmas season. So it's possible that off-season it might sell for less. That would be great. I may check it out in July and buy one for my parents if it is.

My neighborhood does pumpkin and snowman heads on the mailbox lamp posts. It is so neat to see all of them in a row.It stayed together in a pretty significant wind storm.Very work the price.
