Easy to put together
Easy to put together, it takes about 5 minutes and comes with the two allen wrenches that you need.It is fairly sturdy. The armrests are just a little shaky though not enough to cause me big concern.Now I am 295-300 lbs (6'1") and this chair hands my weight no problems. Unlike other chairs I do not worry about leaning back or on the arms of this chair.I bought two one for me and one for my wife and she loves it. We work from home in front of the computer all day, spending 8 -10 hours a day in the chair and it is awesome.Great chair especially for the price.

it was good for only a year and a half
i bought 2 of these and at first they were very nice. after a month of use i noticed it started to get squeeky when you sit and move around in it. around a year later the hydraulic adjustment no longer holds it pressure anymore. and now the padding is totally flat and worn out. these chairs are used every day. there were cared for and never abused. i'm not over weight so its not caused by too much weight Both of them failed around the same time with the same issues.I had a chair before this that lasted 10 years before it failed so yeah. not impressed...

BAD PRODUCT & CUSTOMER SERVICE
DO NOT BUY CHAIRS MANUFACTURED BY THIS COMPANY!!! We purchased both of these chairs at the same time and one of them started to deteriorate at the seams while the other is still in good shape. See pictures. I contacted True Inovations who told me there was nothing they would do as the warranty has expired. We are seniors who cannot afford to waste our money!

Comfortable and very ergonomic, a really great chair
I have a home office where I sit at a computer all day, and this chair was an enormous improvement over my last one. The best thing about it is that it's very ergonomic --- my butt doesn't go to sleep, no more strain in my lower back, no more nerves getting pinched in my shoulders and causing weird tingling in my arms. My only problem with the chair is that the armrests are kind of high, at least for a short person (5'5") like myself, and it also would've been nice if the tilt lock had more than one position (it's either a preset position that's a bit too far forward for my tastes, or completely free tilting). Other than those small quibbles though, it's been extremely durable and fantastic for the price I paid. I've used it for about half a year now and it's held up wonderfully, and if it ever does break down I'm likely to buy it again. Very much recommended.
