And if so, how?** A: Yes you have to buy the add on **Q: How do you fold it?** A: Pull the red tabs on the handle back and it will fold. **Q: Silly question maybe: Do people use this as a normal outing stroller for things like the zoo and such? thanks** A: YES. We take it to the zoo, amusement park, parks, out on walks, the mall, anywhere we think two little ones (they are 3 yrs apart) may get tired and need to ride, which is most places. And definitely if we are out for the day.
