Fantastic pillow! I’ve only had it for two nights but what an amazing difference it has made for me. I have a fused spine and scar tissue in my neck from an accident. I always wake up with a stiff neck with the need to pop my neck throughout the day. With this pillow, I have felt amazing waking up! Before, I would sleep with 3-4 pillows. Now, I’m just using this and one other for my arms (I’m a side sleeper). If I was a back sleeper, I would probably remove some of the stuffing, but it’s perfect for me.The pillow came rolled up and wrapped in cellophane, which is a great way of packing and much more eco friendly than having an over abundance of packing materials, which is a pet peeve for us. The instructions said to pop it in the dryer for a minute to help it plump up, which I did and was pleasantly surprised at how evenly the stuffing was distributed. It then continued to plump itself over the next couple of hours before I went to sleep. The smell was a bit strong at first unpacking, but now I don’t smell anything.Because of my own history, and as I am a Massage therapist that works alongside a chiropractor where we specialize in cervical injuries, I am always hunting for a good pillow for myself or to recommend to our patients. I have been raving about this pillow at work, and I can’t wait for some of our patients to see if it works for them, too!

This was such a disappointment. I received it and put it in the washer to get rid of the odor as instructed. Then i put it in the dryer to fluff up, again, ad instructed. It came out with a hole in the covering which I didn't notice when I first unpacked it.Amazon was great at sending me a replacement. I did the same with the new one and it held up.The problem is that this pillow doesn't give with the weight if your head. Therefore if you're a side sleeper or back sleeper, your head is at a highly tilted level. Not comfortable. I'm disappointed because at first glance it appears soft, but it is too sturdy to be comfortable. I'm now returning the replacement.

Ok so I haven’t slept on the pillow yet. But I bought two different ones, and I think the other brand I bought was better. But for right now I’m only judging on how the pillow looks (quality). The foam on the pillow has pieces of cardboard. Just a couple doesn’t really bother me tho. Also if you wanna keep these pillows clean buy an pillow cover. I got the Allersoft covers and thems some pretty good covers. Reason I got them is I don’t want the pillow to get dirty ( I don’t think you’re suppose to wash the foam). The messy foam is the “ original pillow” and the one with all the whites pieces is the “wondersleep pillow” . But so far it’s just looks once I actually sleep on DEEZ pillows I’ll update.

At first the pillows were super soft and comfortable. After about a week my partner and I started getting neck aches and we realized that maybe the pillows were just TOO stuffed and our necks were too lifted compared to our backs against the mattress. So we unstuffed a little bit and then that was better for a couple months and now our necks and backs hurt again because the pillows deflate overnight? I have to turn the pillows around in the middle of night to adjust them and actually sleep comfortably.

This is a long-term review of this pillow. I've had this pillow for half a year already and I have very mixed feelings about it.. actually not very mixed, mostly negative.To start with, the pillow as originally provides is extremely over stuffed. Its given me some of the most uncomfortable sleeping experiences over a 1 month period.Eventually I realized that yes I could take some of the stuffing out (duh) and after some calibration I thought I got the perfect balance for sleeping. This worked ok for a few days, and actually even a few weeks I thought I was mostly fine with it. But the thing is, when you sleep on this pillow for even just a few days it loses its fluff pretty quickly and you're left sleeping in a rock.All this being said, it may surprise you to hear this is not the absolutely worst pillow I've slept on. It does *barely* get the job done. So I think 1.5 or 2 stars would be fair for this pillow.

Well, I have just been told I have degenerative disc disease in my neck. I used to wake up in extreme pain from my neck being bent at weird angles because of my poor excuse of a pillow. Well, I decided to try this pillow. It has done the trick. It is even adjustable. You can take out as much filling as you need to suit your taste. Keep the extra in a bag if you want to add it back later. Its a great pillow. It does have a smell at first. I just put some fabric softener sheets inside the pillow case until it went away. Plus, this pillow is SO reasonably priced compared to other memory foam pillows. I love mine!

This is a good pillow. Adjustable with the whole removal of stuffing.Tip: if you don’t have a full size washer/dryer, please do not buy this. The first step to use this pillow is to wash it (that removes the slight odour, which is normal for memory foam pillows to have) and a small washer isn’t enough for it.The (1) instruction says, to put it in the dryer to make it puffy, the sensible thing to do is to first put in the washer (while it’s still deflated) and then run it in dryer.

The pillow seems to be well made, and the package was undamaged. The pillow, itself, is way too thick to prop my head on comfortably. I'm not sure how anyone who is smaller than Goliath could actually sleep on it comfortably. It is pretty firm, and since I understand bedding is a category with items difficult to return, I use the pillow as a back rest pillow for sitting up in bed.
