These are very nicely covered in pretty fabric, however just for added protection because I felt that they might get dirty finger prints on the white portion, I sprayed them with a few coats of Scotch Guard. I hope that helps protect them because they appear to be made from just raw fabric. Time will tell.

We bought these to go along with a Paris theme in my daughters room and they look great. They are covered in fabric so I can see the light swtich getting dirty in the future but so far so good.

I bought these to decorate our Panama home and they look very nice.I just wish the fronts were washable as they're some kind of velvet material.

Pretty but when I was screwing them on, the screw went under the fabric, hole was not stitched or reinforced. I was able to bet the screw head out and just not screw it as tightly.

I didn't realize it is made/covered with cloth-like material, but I still love it!

these worked great for what i needed, they are covered with a fabric that i didn't expect but it makes them look nicer and just what i wanted to make our guest room unique! great price and shipped quickly! if your thinking about getting them then i highly recommend it!

Great looking plate covers. I like that it is wrapped in fabric as I am using them in my bedroom & bath both of which are dressed in the same print. Great buy.

Fabric covered, and hardware included. Fit our fixtures to a "T". Probably a DIY, but for the price, thumbs up!! Daughter loves them!
