I absolutely love this hula hoop!! It was very easy and fun to put together. :DI tried out some of the moves from the pictures provided and I can definitely say that after a few days of using this product you can definitely feel the burn after using this hula hoop around your mid section.I loved that they included the sliding discs with this hula hoop for free! The hula hoop was ideal for my exercise routine since its non-weighted, and comfortable to use because of the foam padding. Defintely worth the buy!Will update more on health progress in a few months!

Best fitness investment I could’ve made! It’s thicker than a normal hula hoop, better quality than the plastic, and pretty easy to put together. I get a nice workout using it plus the foam cushion makes comfy while using. I also have used the sliders at the gym and it makes some work outs easier.

I did some research on the hula hoop products on Amazon and I am glad I came across this one. I have been getting back in to working out and I am happy that this came with core sliders as well as the hula hoop. I like the flexibility of having both, and having lots of fun using them together.

Literally falls apart everytime it falls down. Don’t buy.

Great hula hoop - it is sturdy yet nice and comfortable - my 9 year old daughter loves it! Just make doubly sure that you hear the click on joining the parts - it came out a few times initially because I didn't secure it properly, but after making them click properly, she's done 1000s of twirls and they haven't come apart again. Great quality, well worth the price

I love this hula hoop, in that it is a good workout, and it's comfortable to use and fairly easy to keep spinning. But the pieces pop apart after a while, and it flies across the room and totally messes up my spin session. I have even tried gluing the pieces together, but it still is coming apart. I don't see anyone else mentioning this, so perhaps I've done something wrong or have a defective hoop. I heard the "click", so I assumed I had the pieces together correctly. Other than this major issue, it's a great hoop :/

After a couple of years of on and off hula hooping with a weighted, larger hula hoop as part of my exercise regimen, I was looking for something a bit lighter that didn't feel like it was doing kidney damage every time I used it. The Wasabi hoop was delivered quickly in a small box and I was able to connect the pieces very easily. The directions are large and printed on the box with pictures, but even without them, it's a very easy, straightforward process. The hoop is covered in soft foam, not weighted and a good bit smaller in diameter than my old one. I used it for 20 minutes last night and needed to work harder to keep this hoop up and spinning as opposed to the weighted hoop which doesn't require much effort from me to keep it going for 30+ minutes at a time. And due to its smaller, lighter build, I don't worry about bashing into furniture. Very happy!

This hula hoops is at home with my in home workout items. The fact that it breaks down into segments makes it easy to store every time after use. It is also easy to assemble and has a good material so it wont break easily.
