This book contains 150 recipes for soups which will keep you motivated to lose your weight the whole year. Since all of them have points attached to them, it is very easy to calculate how much you will lose while you enjoy these healhty soups. Weight loss was never so easy! This book is so long that it will take me a month to full read it. All in all a recommended book!

Wonderful Cookbook
Great healthy eating recipe book, there's alot of Soup recipes that I want to try and introduce them in my weekly meal plan, to be healthier and lose weight, the ingredients used in the recipes are quite easy to find in any supermarket and they are not expensive. Healthy, cheap and wonderful recipes, what else you need?

I love weight watchers but I also hate coming up with ideas about what to cook every day so this book is ideal for me. It give me a wide variety to choose from and I don't have to worry about figuring out what the points are on my own.
