Yes we did roasts. As large as can fit. Turned out tender. Still used rack

Yes, it is. The machine is equipped with a buzzer.

They were gracious enough to let us return it and sent a new one. Works great now. Previous one was probably a return that was resold. Yes, water did not circulate. But all good now
