Memoirs of an Elf

I purchased this book for my daughter’s classroom and it is so cute! Very entertaining take on a traditional Christmas story.

The reindeer are cute and I like the Santa - 7 year old grandson’s reviewHe really enjoyed the story and art!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great artwork and fun story, but the type size was very small for viewing on the Kindle Ap on my iPad. Displaying double page spread shiws you all the graphics and associated text, but this also reduces the size of the display and wastes a lot of screen. Would have been nice if the page layout for the ebook was better planned for actually viewing on a tablet with standard screen dimensions.

Funny book with a modern spin! Read with 2nd graders and students practiced responding to text on google classroom! "How would you return tugboat to his family?" Students had a lot of fun with this activity at a busy time of year :)

We loved this trendy, up with the times book. Loved the story and it will be a yearly read. We wrap up 25 books and each day beginning December 1st, we unwrap one nightly and read to our children. This was one of the new ones we bought and we will keep it in the 25 selected for next year. We buy 5-8 new ones and retire others....but this sparked our kids interest and they loved it.

This is a delightfully entertaining book that is perfect for the upcoming holidays. The illustrations are colorful and certainly appealing to children. This humorous tale of Christmas night told from the point of view of one of Santa’s elves would be perfect for a classroom writing lesson.If you are looking for books to purchase for the holiday season, you must add this one to your list.Recommended for Grades 1-4.

Memoirs of an Elf just doesn't live up to Memoirs of a Goldfish, but still a good book.

Devin does it again with an incredible book for the children. My wife is a first grade teacher and we have purchased several of these (along with Devin's other books) for the classroom. I also have them tucked away for christmas gifts for my granddaughters. Bravo Mr. Scillian.
