Try it!!!!
I have severe RSL, fibromyalgia, and anxiety. I don't sleep well. I went to my doctor for my prescritions for my kegs and he suggested a weighted blanket. I read reviews of many of the blankets on Amazon and kept coming back to this blanket. I liked reading that it is made of quality material, has double stitching, and non-smelly fill. So I bit the bullet and ordered. It is definitely not the most expensive, kind of mid-range in price. I kept reminding myself that the reviews were great. I was excited waiting for it to come. I ordered it on Saturday and got it the following Tuesday. I immediately unpacked it, laid it on my bed and got under it. Wow! I got the 17 pounder, and it's a dandy. It took several nights to fully get used to it, but the first night I slept 5 hours straight. I don't remember moving. Best of all, my legs weren't jumpy for the first time in a looong time. I'm used to the blanket now. Once I'm in bed, I'm in and I don't wake up nearly as much. I guess I feel more secure. I love this blanket. It is changing my life because I'm getting quality sleep and I feel so much better during the day. Try it! You may like it!

I was looking for a solution for my husbands restless leg. He basically "startles" in his sleep and it feels like he's jumping. He doesn't want to go to any doctors, so I purchased this after hearing that these blankets could possibly help. I ordered on prime, received the next day. It's very heavy (for me), but he's been using it for the past week and hasn't woken me up yet. It took him a couple of nights to get used to it, I assume because he is a light sleeper he was aware of it. But for the past few nights, no jumping in my bed! Yay for me. Anyways, I'm going to keep it because he keeps going back to using it. The grey is a nice dark steel grey, actually goes well with my bedding. I highly recommend!Here's a photo of it in my room. My lighting is bad, so it doesn't look like the actual color.

I had been wanting to try one of these for a while but didn’t really want to spend so much money but then I found this one reasonably priced by HomeSmart.Shipping was quick and packaging was very good. I was really expecting cheap material and/or sloppy stitching but that couldn’t be farther from the truth. Although it’s 15 pounds, I will not worry about it coming apart or ripping. Great quality.I got it right before I was going away on a 3-day women’s retreat, so I took it thinking it would help me sleep in a bunk room with over 50 other women. Not only did I sleep well, I slept through the night the first night‼️ I usually expect to not sleep well in strange places; this blanket made me feel relaxed and secure.I am thrilled that I got this blanket now and I use it in bed and on the couch when I’m watching a good movie or cozied up reading a good book.I’m very glad I took a chance on this blanket. Highly recommend.

Very happy with blanket
Very happy with weighted blanket, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the material for such a decent price. I did a lot of research before deciding on this blanket and very happy I did. Only reason I have not given it 5 stars is, the edging/stitching tends to create loose threads once in a while, and the blanket tends to make me sweat unless I keep my feet out the end or leave pockets for air to get in. But I guess this is probably a common problem with a lot of weighted blankets. If you plan on having two people sleep under the blanket, be aware you will get incredibly hot fast!

Not for me
The product itself is great. I thought it would help with my insomnia. I just figured out really early that I do not like weighted blankets. For some they may be comforting but for me, I felt suffocated. But I'm also used to sleeping with a sheet and a thin fleece. Anything heavier than that and I'm bound to feel a bit suffocated.

Originally bought this for myself...I have narcolepsy and have always enjoyed a pile of blankets to sleep under. I ended up buying two by mistake, but upon reading the many reviews that mentioned these blankets helping w/restless legs syndrome, I convinced my husband to try the extra one and he loves it as well. So yeah, narcoleptic and RLS approved!Recommendation: get the 1 with the duvet. It's super soft and comfy!

Best nights sleep!
This is a Quality Blanket! I plan on getting a duvet cover to keep it nice and protected from our daily use! (4 kid’s, 2 dogs!) the weight was perfect and it helped us fall right to sleep. I slept so good last night that I have no wake ups and I feel so well rested!I ordered it Thursday night and it was here Friday morning before I got back from dropping kid’s at school!! WOW! My only draw back (and reason I gave it 4 and not 5 Stars) the size is not a true queen. It just fits the top of my Standard Queen. I would have gotten the King if I knew! But that is not a bad thing truly, we just had to share! Overall Amazing product and quality craftsmanship!
