  ++Looks nice+Easy installation, though some lingo took some extra figuring out & no tools needed (I advise against the use of pliers per instructions bc it will scratch finish)+I like the way it feels in my hand, comfortable grip+Decent pressure+Easy to clean & change functions+Minimal decrease in pressure while both heads are on+Female friendly ;-)+So far the hose doesn't tangle & is an OK length+Overall, it feels great--Leaks a little at various times/spots but barely an annoyance (unless you have a water bill)-Hose could be a few inches longer-Couple of the spray types are too similar/one seems pointless-Limited range of motion for stationary head (minor inconvenience)Satisfied w/my purchase during these months and will update if needed. Update 09/05/15: It leaks a l little more now, but not enough to make me figure out what needs to be tightened.

I agree with the low stream pressure. I've yet to fiddle with it like other views said to remove the thingymabobber to increase the pressure. It took an annoyingly long time to apply all the plumber's tape and tighten the joints to the point where they wouldn't leak. I'm still having a teensy leaking issue, but honestly, I've had that happen with almost all of my shower heads. Maybe I need to man up and buy the deluxe fancy schmancy hundred dollar model. Nah...The handheld shower head also started getting wonky after about a month. Some of the holes where the water sprays from started going crooked, so there's a few laser streams hitting the shower curtain. It can be startling if you forget and throw open the shower curtain to step inside and get laser beamed in the eyeball.The hose attached to the handheld shower head is nice and bendy and lays normal. The two Waterpik shower heads I owned in the past, I had to fight with everyday because they were made of some kind of barely bendable plastic. They never loosened up or calmed down. I had some half spiral hose jutting out that looked like I had twisted it too tight and kinked it up, which was not the case.I just want to shower without fighting with the hose or getting laser beamed in the eye. Is that so much to ask for?

Excellent shower system. I replaced a Peerless combo head with this one and am so glad I did. The Peerless brand left a lot to be desired with it's smaller fixed head, this one runs circles around it with it's powerful, wider head. The hose on the handled head is lengthy enough to stand in the middle of the tub at least and get all the unmentionables with length left. As for water pressure issue, this does not have one for me. As a matter of fact the pressure with this head is about twice that of the Peerless it replaced. We used the tape that was supplied and it worked just as well as the stuff from the hardware store. NO leaks, great pressure and to top it off fantastic customer support.After six months of use the diverter in my initial purchase broke. I emailed ConservCo customer service, sending a copy of my receipt and a picture of the damage, and within a week had a replacement showerhead delivered to my doorstep. My issue was handled by a very professional and friendly person. I am very pleased with this purchase and will be a return customer once my newest bath project is at the point of adding the showerhead.

I saw the mixed reviews, but for the price, thought I'd see for myself. I was very pleased with the package overall. Yes, some of the parts are plastic and not real "chrome." But they look nice, they perform well, installation was a cinch (and I had no problem with the provided Teflon tape, it worked fine)...and the end result is a pretty serious upgrade to the basic showerhead I had before. It's nothing like you'd spend $200 for, but it's a substantial upgrade to what you might have now. I like the looseness and flexibility of the handheld "hose." It doesn't get in the way. We have pretty good water pressure to begin with, so I didn't have any issues there. Plan on spending about 15-20 minutes to install, and have a good pair of vise grips handy. The rest is pure pleasure! I love my purchase and have already purchased a second one for another bathroom.

Works well, doesn't leak and easy to use. Very pleased with the functionality and the many features, especially for the price. I am a little concerned with how well it will hold up because it feels pretty lightweight, but considering the price I couldn't expect more. In fact I am pleasantly surprised at how well it works and how many features it does have. You can use the shower head or the hand held unit by themselves or together with a simple turn of a knob. The pressure is very good. For the money you can't beat it, in fact, I purchased another for my other shower!

This purchase arrived so quickly that I was at first confused as to what it could be – what a nice surprise! It is attractive and works nicely. While it was easy to install, if you are not familiar with plumbing parts, then know that the instructions do not include diagrams. As long as you keep the packaging (that has a picture of the assembled finished product) beside you for reference while reading the rather brief directions, then you should be just fine. The fact that the packaging included a small spool of Teflon tape was defiantly a bonus! $40 is not a big investment for a showerhead, so I am completely satisfied with the product's options/features and overall quality.

The appearance is nice but it is a durable plastic (as many are) the range of motion on the fixed head is less than desirable. Some settings are useless because of the water pressure. But for the price both heads have enough options, work well, looks good, and does its job.
