Fit Spirit Yoga Starter Set Kit - Includes 3mm PVC Exercise Mat, Yoga Block, Yoga Towels, Yoga Strap

Full disclosure.... as I write this, I've taken a whopping TWO yoga classes. I purchased this after taking the first class, and it arrived in time for when I took the second. I bought the 6mm Chakra set, and it came with everything I needed to get started. The main points being the mat, the blocks and the strap. The towels for me, so far, are an honorable mention.* The mat, so far, seems to be good enough for those just getting started. There's no need to go super high end initially. If you find yourself sticking with it, upgrade when this thing wears out.* The blocks - good enough. I do wish they were a little more firm. The studio I've started at provides blocks, so I envision using these at home. The blocks in the set are also slightly smaller than those ones at the studio, but that's probably just a difference in brands.* The (assistance) strap - haven't used it yet, but again, good enough for beginners. Though...let's be honest...it's hard to f*** up a strap. Worth noting...this is NOT a carry strap. I had to buy order one of those separately.*The towels - indifferent at this point. I do agree with the another review that said the mat towel could use something to hold it onto the mat. I tried using it in the second class, and it kept moving and bunching up, so much so that I ended up tossing it aside and continuing with the class.No issues with the seller. It came quickly via Prime.

Super happy I found this awesome set. The only thing keeping it from being 5 stars is the towel doesn't have anything to keep it from sliding off the mat. (Like tucked corners or grippy dots, as I see often with yoga towels) the mat also has a VERY strong smell. I had to let it air out for like 2 days and then when I finally used it, it was still a bit distracting. I'm not sure that much can be done about the smell, so I wouldn't hold it against them. But it was a bit of a shock at first. Overall I still recommend.

What you see is what you get. All items are good quality for the price. I’ve used the products for over 2 years and it’s holding up. Yoga mat is on the thinner side, so if you are looking for cushion, try a thicker mat. The towels work well and absorb well.

I was very happy with the color until I saw the block was pink. The pictures I viewed everything was purple, my favorite color. I called the number that was listed on the flyer that was in the box. Calling that number was a waste of time and it shouldn't even be included in the package. I was told that I had to contact Amazon to get it corrected. I contacted Amazon and the customer service rep was very helpful and even found the block in purple. She made sure that I was getting what I wanted and stayed on the phone with me as I made the purchase.....still a little disappointed but it not the end of the world......

Arrived on time and as pictured.This set is a good deal for what you get with it.Mat smelled a little while I first opened it up but after a little bit of airing out it was fine.

This is a nice combo set for yoga lovers. You don’t need to bother choosing again for yoga blocks, yoga straps and also yoga towels. I do hot yoga regularly. The perfect thing about this combo is a big size that covers the mat and a smaller one for myself to wipe away the sweat. And the towels are super absorbent as well. I also do Pilates and stretching after workout daily. The floor of my living room is stone, which is really hard and hurt me when I did some postures before. But this 6mm thick mat really helped to reduce the hurt. That way I won’t get distracted from the concentrated posture. The only drawback is the mat is a little slippery when my palm gets wet. But it won’t affect too much of overall use. I also recommend this as a perfect gift for your friends and family if they are doing yoga, they would love the thoughtfulness of you and the product.

I bought the purple set and love it. The towels and mat were perfect for my hot Pilates class, and the mat is sturdy. The pink block I'll use at home for yoga. The purple is a nice purple, not too neon and too bright. I saw the same purple colored mat being used by other participants in the class. Would recommend as a nice starter kit for a beginner like myself when you don't want to throw a ton of money into a set initially.

I was pleasantly surprised. The yoga starter kit was just right for me I am new to yoga and it has been a nice start. The mat is just the right thickness to keep my balance and the additional items such as towels, strap, and block have all come in handy. I will be taking my mom to a yoga class when she visits and if she enjoys the class I will diffently get her this kit so she can continue when she goes home to SC.
