NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT
I am extremely disappointed! I have really enjoyed this calendar for the past three years. This year I purchased this one and I am not completely sold. It is in full color on a heavier paper, has a hard cover and different binding, and in the back there is a folder pocket and two pages of stickers, which I love! I was excited that it was in color and felt the pages were more durable, and at first I thought the idea of adding and removing pages, with this new binding, was cool. But I can not find anywhere on the web cite or Amazon where I can purchase them? Also, I carry mine with me between work and home, and from doing so the cover is pulling away from the binding. Sometime the pages are challenging to turn and pull out unintentionally. So, I took to the back to see where to go for customer support. They ask that I leave a review on Amazon to support them, or if I am unsatisfied to go to [email protected]. I think great, I really like these calendar and maybe they will send me a new one that is in color with the spiral bind to replace this one, since they state they will do what ever it takes to make sure I am fully satisfied! So I put the link in my browser, accept it takes me to the home page. At the bottom I see the same info for support but I can not actually get to a support page?????? I do not want to give a bad review, as I said, I have enjoyed this calendar for the past 3 years and would love to continue to enjoy it! I realize that sometimes new things are tried and some may like it and some may not. Perhaps this would work for someone who is leaving it on a desk! I really still just want to reach their support and get a new one so I can come back and leave a better review. This one is more about the lack of support, rather than the product.Sincerely,I really just want customer support!

Not easy to open and close
Plastic spiral makes it difficult to open and close.
