I love this stuff. Actually, I can't live without it. These are the best fish oil supplements you can get. I have tried other stuff I bought from the vitamin store, but none of them help with depression like Omega RX. I think they are expensive, but I pay the money for the piece of mind and they help with depression.

Fish Oil capsules helped a lot
I'd had hip pain for two years. Numerous doctor/orthopedic visits. Diagnosed with inflammation (bursitis). After two weeks of four capsules a day, hip paid has completely disappeared. I'm in my third month, and still no pain.

You can taste and see the differance in regular fish oils that are not tested and can be spoiled by sitting on a store shelf for months. I highly recommend Dr. Sears product or any other Omega fish oil bearing the Pharmaceutical quality testing. Good luck finding another brand. There are very few that fit the criteria.
