Looks like picture but extra small is way too big for my 4 pound dog
The design is true to picture however I have a miniature Shih Tzu who is about 4 pounds and this is just way too big around the stomach area… I will definitely have to add several more holes or just let him grow a couple more pounds. I ordered an extra small. This might be good for an extra small dog that's 8 to 10 pounds though
