Even before we received our order we got an email showing us how to install the screen.....it was very helpful actually seeing someone install a screen. Our order came very quickly and it took me about 8 minutes to put the first one on and 5 minutes for the second phone. Both of the screens had a small bubble half the size of a penny at the bottom of the phone even though I was very careful and tried to get them to disipate. HOWEVER, the instructions say that small bubbles will disipate after a few days and that is exactly what happened. Today they even sent another email to see how we were doing and if we needed any help! This is a customer oriented company that treated us like we treated our own customers in the past. It came in a decent box with plastic tray to hold everything and prevent shipping damage. Comes with four screen protectors and cleaning wipes, cloth and dust picking tapes. Installation was super easy with the provided tools and absolutely no bubbles after installation. Also unlike many screen protectors this one is a full protector that covers the entire phone including the front facing camera and sensors which i really liked because it retains the clean looks.
