Not the finish as advertised in the picture
Bought this as a replacement for similar windows stays I have and from the picture, the colour matches perfectly. However, the item arrived and it is nothing like the advertised picture. The delivered product has a highly polished brass finish to it instead. As for quality, I cannot comment as I do not intend to install it.

Nothing like the picture
So annoying. As with the chap below bought this as a replacement for similar windows stays I have and from the picture, the colour matches perfectly. However, the item arrived and it is nothing like the advertised picture. The delivered product has a lurid bright gold finish. Am asking for replacement as picture or money back.
