I've been taking Ashwagandha in a couple of different forms for the past several months and have found BeLive's encapsulation -- with the addition of the black pepper for better absorption -- to be one of the best. My results are consistent, with no negative side effects or digestive discomfort. I've tried a few of the BeLive products, actually -- my children (and I) love the elderberry dummies, they're ridiculously delicious -- and I'm always impressed by the quality and consistency.

Bought to help regulate hormones and lower cortisol levels. After increasing working out to 6days a week 2hours aday my hormones went into shock I guess. Didnt have a period for the past two months read that ashwagandha help lowers cortisol which is responsible for no period. Increased cortisol keeps the body in its fight or flight mode which is great when working out but the body doesnt know the difference between good stress(working out) or bad stress( real danger) so you stay in that stressed mode longer than needed. I started taking these after a workout and it definitely brings you back down. Like all the way. Which is why I take the second pill before bed, it relaxes you into sleep mode. Worked in less than two weeks of taking one pill twice a day. Would definitely recommend for females missing periods due to intense workouts. More than likely your cortisol levels are through the roof. Would definitely recommend. Already ordered more to have on hand.

I’d heard about the benefits of ashwadandha for a while and I was sceptical to try it. I gave this one a try because it was cheap and I figured it wouldn’t hurt to try it. I now take it every day. It works great!

While I take pretty much every Belive product available and ordered these with high hopes, this one has not become a must have at this point. While not huge or difficult to swallow, I prefer gummies as they are easier to remember and take. They say to take 20-30 minutes before food. This throws the routine off when you typically take everything with meals. They just arent something that fits well in to my routine so I've not been able to keep up with them to even say for sure how effective they actually are.

I've used another brand much more expensive,and trying to save$ I tried this. This caused swelling in my breasts! Go figure? When I stopped they resumed their size? Strange and scary.I had no reaction to other brand.

Loving these Ashwaganda supplements! They have been increasing me energy levels and I notice a huge turnaround in my feelings of anxiety and depression. Thank you BeLive for offering a great product at a fantastic price!
