Great product and great service, although smaller than expected

Unfortunately, the gift box I received doesn’t look like the one I was expecting to receive. There are no holes for earrings to fit in.The top inside of the box was creased and the inside is grey not black.I was planning to give it as a gift and very disappointing as now I have to get a new gift box by itself.The jewellery itself is amazing

I am disappointed on this productBecause after wearing 2nd time the sparkle on the necklace came outThe necklace looks cheapI won’t recommend anyone to buy this product
