Wood that I work with it’s plus or minus 1/16” on a whole project. **Q: The dial indicator doesn't move. how do i unlock it??? i just got it. there are no instructions. i did manage to get it put together.** A: As stated earlier there is a small knurled knob on the right side of the dial. That knob locks in the face of the dial. Turning it clockwise tightens the face to a predetermined position. The needle should move whenever the plunger is depressed.
