Ingredients Wheat flour, Sugar, Almond, eggs, vegetable fats (palm, sunflower), invert sugar, milk, flavouring raising agents (E450, E500, E503), emulsifier (E471), Thickener (E415), Salt. Directions A premium quality traditional Italian crunchy almond biscuit made to an old family recipe. Using artisanal methods, it is first baked in the shape of a French loaf, then cut into thin slices and put back in the oven to brown until reaching a golden colour and crunchy texture. A tasty, popular biscuit which can be enjoyed with dessert wine at the end of a meal, with espresso, cappuccino coffee or tea.

Review: Too moist - These are horribly lacking: no crunch, overly moist, texture is more cookie than biscotti, and the flavour just doesn’t work with that. We thought they must be past their best-before date but apparently not. Had hoped to return but not eligible unfortunately so they’ll have to go in the bin. Bring back Belli 1kg bags!

A: As on box:
Whole wheat flour, raw cane sugar, pasteurised fresh eggs, almonds (17%), butter (cow’s milk), honey, raising agent (ammonium bicarbonate), salt, natural flavourings 

- that is what the sticker on the box says - hope it helps?

**Q: How long is the shelf life on these please?**
A: I had a pack of Biscotti delivered 11 June with a best before date of August 2019.  Ample time to consume with your daily espresso!

**Q: Are these the hard or soft biscotti?  Thanks in advance.**
A: These are  hard biscuits for dipping in your coffee.

**Q: Is it suitable for vegetarians?**
A: Sorry I do not own Pan Ducale Almond Biscoti as to their Vegetarian suitable ,I have no knowledge ,But, if they are not suitable for Vegeterians ,I feel sorry for them ,as they are my family's favourite Snack , so all the more for us,sorry bad joke,
