Hands down the best tooth past I have ever owned. It advertises that the calcium is for better abrasion, and it is true that it does so that. But calcium can be absorbed into your bloodstream via your mouth as well. So you are actively adding teeth building nutrients while brushing. This is more of a long-term therapeutic effect rather than the main point of the toothpaste.But combine this stuff with a top-end electric toothbrush and you will get that smooth, just got back from the dentist feeling each time you brush. It is also superior at removing and keep that slight yellow tint around the gum line that inevitably builds up between cleanings at bay.Highly recommend! Again, I have tried all the natural (and other high-end) toothpastes and this is where I have landed as my regular day-to-day toothpaste. It took a lot of trial and error with a lot of brands to get there.
