Tears easily
It’s a good product however it tore in two different places at the seam of the zipper. However, it still got the job done I’m just too lazy to return it because I need it for an upcoming move or I would have just returned it.

Love it! It was exactly as ordered and arrived on time. Fit perfectly and encases the mattress. Soft to touch and stays in place.

Ripped and taped over.
Ripped within 3 days right behind zipper.It makes bed crazy hot. And it super loud.Only good thing is mattress is dry.

Not as described
I will be returning this mattress cover. It was listed as a vinyl and soft microfiber and this protector is like a zip around tarp. There is no microfiber fabric side, it's crinkly plastic. Either I got the wrong item or this item is being sold with a false description. I can't use this on my king bed.
