I have a big head and this stretcher couldn’t extend to that extent. Because it was at the limit of extension, rather than stretch evenly all around the hat, it concentrated the stretching across two opposing points, if you know what I mean.

Quite an expensive product for what you get. I bought as a gift and the recipient says his hat has been stretched to fit him, so the product works. However the finish could have been better - the wooden ends were quite rough with small splintered areas. The price was high considering this.

This only came with one size but works very well. Nice feel to the wood too. An ideal solution and has worked well with leather and swede hats.
