Great quality. The belt can be easily adjusted and fit any size. I use it while lifting weight in the gym. I prefer soft belt rather then firm, because I can control the pressure on my back and muscles. After I started to use this belt my lower back paint almost gone away and I see dramatic improvement in my exercise technic, so Im sure it will work great to prevent injuries in gym and will help to relieve lower back pain. Please note that it will get hot underneath the belt, because of the material act almost like "sauna". So after taking this of during hot day you could get a huge sweat circle around your stomach and back if you wear it on the top of your shirt. Not a problem for me, but I guess it could be a problem for somebody

I injured my back in a fall early this month. The most painful experience of my life, no broken vertebrae but sprained muscles and connective tissues. I am doing well now and purchased this belt to help support my back. I love that it can be adjusted for tightness. I have tucked an ice pack in-between my shirt and the belt and can wear it while working around the house. I plan to wear the belt tomorrow on my first day back to work. I am sure that will help me get through the 12 hour shift with less pain.

I am 5’6 145lbs and wear a size 8 pant/ medium top. This back support is awesome! The double wrap velcro allows me to easily adjust. I needed to get a wrap to help with my posture along with my occasional pains from bending over all day. The moment I put the wrap on I felt instant spine relief. I automatically sit taller and bend at the hips. (Because it has flexible stablizers it is NOT uncomfortable to sit. BIG BONUS for needing to sit a lot through the day.)My only complaint would be the strong smell when I opened the package. Think brand new tires... spare?? Perhaps they are trying to say something? ;) I want to wear my wrap, but I need to air it out before keeping it on. Greatful that it came with an instruction/how to wash card.This is a 5 Star item! Sadly the smell knocked off one star.

This support belt is one of the best I own. I have one from my PT, valued at $1,000. Glad I didn't have to pay for it :-( This one fits beautifully. The pieces on each side gives it a custom fit for your needs. I'm very happy with it.

When i first bought the brace i thought it was the best thing ever. That did not last long as in less than three weeks the velcro fasteners no longer stay in place When belted. I can honestly say that i have probably worn the belt maybe 10 times if so much.UpdateAfter my initial post the company reached out to me and replaced the item. I thought That was pretty decent of them and really appreciated the effort. Very good customer service. I am wearing the new belt and so far no issues. I was not paid for the update.

I had hurt my back about 6 months ago and I had recently started noticing that because it hurts that I was starting to slouch when sitting and working at the computer. This back brace has definitely made an improvement on my posture. It is also great for a waist trainer and making me sweat. It has 4 areas of boning in the back area to keep it firm and not roll down. It has a good amount of stretch to it and top notch even stitching. The Velcro has a great hold to it. It actually has 3 areas of Velcro. The main band velcros in the front, then there are 2 side straps with Velcro to really give you a firm snug fit. When not in use it comes with a mesh drawstring storage bag.

It is a light brace. That is the good news. But, unless you plan to simply stand straight up when you are wearing it it tends to roll up. I wore it doing some light chores that required moderate bending and it turned itself into a narrow elastic strip around my waist. Disappointed.

After trying a few different products, this is the one I stuck with. I felt like every product i tried was too uncomfortable and in the way, but after a few uses with this one, I could almost forget I even have it on. I use it for work where I do a lot of squatting and lifting. But it must be used over a shirt because the material can irritate the skin. Other than that, It’s been a game changer for my lower back.
