Great Value!!
This knife is well made and holds up well. I work at a bakery and we use these daily to open ingredients. These knives last a long time. Worth it.

It is so handy it gets used often.
Although it does not replace a good stone sharpening, it is great at maintaining a good edge. It looks okay, and can live right next to the knifes, and not in a drawer. That is a great advantage since it gets used every time I need a knife (that and the ease of use).

Perfect factory new Furi Pro
Love the knife. We have a Furi Pro set that is 30 years old. I bought this boning knife because I don't have enough sharpening skill to get my 30 year old boning knife back to factory sharp (sharp enough to cut a piece of paper on edge). The sharpening service locally did a good job but still not factory sharp. To take it to a high end sharpening service will cost $25 and I'll have to leave it.I bought this one to rotate and I figure I get at least 10 - 15 years of factory sharp with just my honing skill. The only difference is the NEW Furi has a MUCH thicker, heavier handle. I love it even more than the original. It is a little heavier than my wife prefers but she is 101 lb petite woman. If you know what you are looking for, you see the handle difference in the knife block, but nobody but us is gonna notice.Great knife. I live that the blade and handle on this Furi Pro set are one solid piece of steel. That makes it super easy to clean and looks cool as well.

Works great!
It works great. I never got the hang of a steel. This is so easy and gives a razor sharp edge. I have had my original Furi for years. This recent purchase was a gift for a friend.

Fits the hand
This knife fits perfectly in the hand and the one piece construction makes it beautiful. It's great for paring because of the shape of the handle and blade. They help prevent accidental cuts on your thumb. The one thing I don't like about it is that it is noisy. It makes a ringing sound when set down on a counter top or plate. My first one was from the Rachel Ray collection - same shape, but the handle was plastic. Not much sound when put down, but eventually the plastic cracked and became discolored.

I don't like it
It cuts. It's very sharp, as all knives are when you first get them. But I don't like the grip. Because of the shape of the grip, it spins around on the counter when you set it down, presenting a safety hazard.

Don’t hold a sharp edge
I had good success with the Yuri in the past, but the latest 2 knives seem to dull quickly and getting an edge back in is ok for about one use
