Ola Prima 4 oz Lavender Essential Oil for Diffuser, Soap, Candle Making, and Aromatherapy

Not being paid, rewarded or gifted anything for my review. This (large bottle lavender) is the absolute best I've ever tried! Very strong, properly so- not diluted. Comes with a nice dropper, funnel, in a nice glass bottle. Big! I've never had anything of this quality, especially at this price point. Used for soap, shampoo, pillows (sleep happy!), and on small pieces in closets, drawers- like the old time sachets. Doesn't fade like dried potpourri- in fact this can refresh any that one might have. Some of the reviews spoke about how strong it is, yes, that's the point! If it's a light scent you want, just dilute it- this is very concentrated as it is supposed to be. Only minor issue is that the bottle is leaky. Not sure how, because it closes nicely, but every time there's been a film of the product remaining on the outside that needs to be wiped off. It needs to be stored right side up, and that's frustrating. When I use it, I have to wipe the bottle with a cotton pad and put the pad into something like my laundry bag or hamper. I bit wasteful, but certainly not a dealbreaker. (To fix the issue, I've been putting this quantity into various cobalt blue glass bottles-I bought a set of them with several roll ons, small spray bottles, and dropper bottles here on Amazon, a very inexpensive set). I'd buy this one over and over again. The scent and its long lasting quality are light years ahead of any other companies I've used. From the packages of assorted oils, to individual small lavender bottles, this was the best find!! If you want to use a fresh quality lavender oil, this is the one. Just dilute it if you are using it for a lighter scent. I was so beautifully surprised by the quality because of the price, being less than some of the much smaller ounce or less bottles. I almost passed on it because I thought it was too cheap to be the quality I was looking for. Therapeutic and the best varietals of lavender. If you are crafty at all, the blue glass bottles will make a nice gift, or you can make your own scents, anything you think of out of it in these bottles. Just search for 'assorted blue glass bottles set'.

It’s a good relaxing oil to spray on sheets or pillow very calming.

I have used Ola Prima Lavender Essential Oil for a couple years in our laundry & love it! I have asthma & am extreme sensitive to fragrances - especially artificial fragrances. I cannot use them and have trouble being around them. I have to use natural, fragrance-free laundry detergent and have found Ola Prima Lavender Essential Oil to be perfect for adding a light, natural fragrance to the wash. I add just a few drops to the detergent dispenser with the detergent and our clothes come out with a light, subtle lavender scent. I highly recommend this essential oil for said purpose. The only downside is that the 16oz is more of a refill as it does NOT have a dropper & the opening to the bottle is average size so you do NOT want to pour from the 16oz bottle. If you do so, you will use too much oil and the scent will be overwhelming and likely unpleasant. So if you don't have a small glass bottle with a dropper, I recommend picking one up locally or on Amazon. Cheers!

Not a bad essential oil. Family loves lavender scent. Wife puts a few drops in each load of laundry mixed in with the soap. Does a great job of keeping the bugs {mosquitos and ants away from her.

This lavender oil smells really good and has a pretty strong scent for some but it doesn’t bother me. I use in my hair mixed with other oils to moisturize my locs. I also use it in my oil burner to make the room calming and relaxing. It also was a fair price for the amount compared to other brands.

1 star removed for not coming in an amber glass bottle as it says, but plastic. 1 start removed for not responding to my inquiry twice when I asked them about that. I bought this many were in this same price point, but this one claimed it came in an amber glass bottle. The scent is not bad, not the best, nor worst lavender. But unless you go through it fast, being in plastic will affect the freshness, not to mention the risk of microplastics.

I’m very pleased with this order I have ordered lavender essential oil off Amazon many times and I’m usually satisfied with whichever I pick. Also though it doesn’t read 100% Lavender essential oil, it might as well. Like I said I’ve ordered lavender and multiple different essential oil’s, if it isn’t of high-quality my skin can usually tell in addition to send having the tendency to irritate my nose. But this one is just like any other “100% lavender essential oil“ that I’ve bought in the past. I make sure to go by average customer review and how many reviews. This one is definitely a great price considering how much you’re getting! Is it for multiple purposes such as Keeping my room smelling nice, I also use it as a feminine cleanser By adding it to about a cup of warm water in a cleaned and sanitized summers eve bottle, I sometimes add it to my baths Mostly just because it smells extra nice in addition to the doctor teals body soap I use. I also enjoy adding it to her some hair mask measures because some oils and products, despite already smelling pretty good, smell even better when you add one or two drops of lavender essential oil to it.
