This is exactly the same material as in a level 3a ballistic vest..I know, because I opened up an old 3a vest of my own..It's the real thing, no BS..

Great for the price. Have not tested them, but they seem very good.

Not what I thought. Works as a wind breaker and insualtion. Tried it under a shirt as a test. It worked but the friction caused this product to come apart. Probably needs to be incased in some other material.
